How do I find the product I'm looking for?

If you need help finding a product, use our product search at the top of any page. Simply enter either keyword(s) or a product number in the search box and press Enter.

The results of your search will be displayed on the page, with links to particular products or groups of products. You can then refine your search by selecting the various categories on the left hand side of the page displaying your search results; for example Gender, Sports, Price Range or even Colour.

Search Tips:

  • Make sure you spell search words correctly to ensure accurate results.
  • Use multiple words to find specific types of products such as "running shoes".
  • Narrow the results by refining your search to a specific gender or price range.
What should i do if the product i’m looking for, or the product in my size, is sold out?

For most products, you can sign up for a back in stock email about your size being available again. If the product comes back into stock, you will be emailed immediately. If it does not arrive after 30 days, the request will have expired and you will be informed.

Due to the popularity of some of our products, they can often sell out quite quickly, but there are always other options you can explore. If not online, the product or the actual size you’re looking for may be available at a nearby adidas store.


What should I do if I experience an unexpected problem after I start wearing my product?

Quality is paramount to us. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to make sure they are in the best possible position to stand up to the uses they were designed. But it’s an inevitable reality that products can get damaged on their way to the buyer.

If a product you purchased from our online shop has a quality issue and you want to return it, you must return it to the online shop. Once you do our quality assurance department will inspect it. If you want to return a product that you bought at one of our own stores because of a quality issue, you must return it to one of our stores in that country. The staff will inspect the damage.

You are refunded if we assess that the product was damaged during the manufacturing process, or if they are in a different condition to how they are supposed to come from the factory. We compensate costs for defective products.

If you purchased your product from our online shop, you can send it back to us free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo or deliver it to the address on the return form.

If you purchased your product from an official store, you can take it back to the same store.

We will get back to you within 21 working days.

We cannot compensate for products that were damaged for other reasons, including damage by negligence, misuse or wear and tear. We cannot compensate if the product was bought from anywhere other than our Online Shop or one of our official stores.

Please note the life expectancy of a product depends on the individual using it; their characteristic wear pattern and the conditions in which it’s used. Products damaged by normal wear and tear, or products that have exceeded their reasonable lifespan, will not be not replaced.

Running shoes for everyone can vary. Important factors for you to identify the proper shoes:

Why don't you sell all of the products adidas make?

The adidas online shop offers the latest and greatest gear that adidas has to offer. Unfortunately due to the size and scope of our worldwide available product range, it is impossible for us to carry every product that the company makes.


How do I choose the right size?

There's a size chart link in the product description, right next to “Select Size” that links to a full overview of all size measurements.



Which browsers does the adidas online shop support?

The adidas online shop supports Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. If you are having issues with one of these browsers, try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files, then make sure cookies for the adidas website are enabled. This should solve most problems.


Are all products from the Online Shop available in your stores?

Since our stores and online stocks can vary, you can not find every product sold online at the store.


What materials are your products made from?

How do I know if my product is authentic?

Buying your products from our Online shop or official retailers is the best way to make sure they will be authentic.

If you buy them in other places, like in flea markets, street vendors or internet sellers, the chances they will be fake are greatly increased.
