1. How do I use my voucher code?

Click the Checkout button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag. Under the order summary click "Enter promo code" then type your voucher code into the box and click 'Apply'

2. Why isn't my voucher working?

Online shop vouchers are only valid for use on products that are part of a promotion or campaign, so check whether the relevant promotion is still running. Also, vouchers are not valid in combination with other promotions, and retail store vouchers can't be used in the online shop.

3. What happens to my voucher if I return my order or if (part of) my order is cancelled?

Promotion codes may not apply to products on sale. If you return an order where a promotion code has been used, the value of the code will not be refunded. The voucher code will not be replaced. Promotion codes are only valid within a certain time period. Should you encounter any problems with using a code, please contact our customer service (contact details here). Our advisors will be happy to assist you.

5. Creators Club Members Only Vouchers (12-13 November 2021)

1. This campaign is valid for purchases of 500 TL and more from 12 November 00:01 to 13 November 23:59 2021 with a Creators Club membership.

2. The vouchers will be added to the Creators Club profile automatically.

3. The 100 TL voucher can be redeemed for the next 500 TL or more purchases until December 31 2021, 23:59.

4. *The vouchers are not valid for Y-3, YEEZY, Beşiktaş 2021 products.
