These really help with my feet after a run. I recently started getting sore feet after road running but these really help with the cushioning

The colour is great. Got a lot of compliments on the looks of shoe. Good all round gym shoe for HIIT & functional training. Provides enough stability for moderate weighted squats & dead lifts, but I wouldn't go too heavy. Lateral support is better than the Supernova Rise 3. This shoe is stiff at first but once worn in, it becomes more comfortable. Good for short run or sprints but not sure how comfortable they would be in longer runs, as the Supernova Rise 3 has a softer sole & upper. A good all round gym shoe for everyday use. This shoe runs long (usually wear a size 9). Some may want to go down a half size. I don't mind the toe space especially doing burpees etc.
