The process over placing order, not ever receiving the actual order, and receiving a refund took about a month. The delivery company did a terrible job of communicating package delivery status and never took pictures to confirm and that information was forwarded to Adidas. Literally had to call Adidas every couple of days for a status update on my claim that the package was never delivered before actually anything being done to receive a refund.
