While schools in Turkey are not obliged by government to have a school uniform, most schools have a school uniform policy.

Many schools have chosen to have a grey, black, dark green or dark blue as the base colour of their uniform. This is probably because these colours are more fade resistant and look clean for longer.

Clothing that’s in close contact with your skin or showing dirt needs to be washed every day. But if your child has only worn something for an hour or two, and is not sweating, their clothes may be fresh enough to wear again.
