Nice quality , price and costumer service i got more that i expect in this product , thanks adidas

I bought it size Medium. But it’s very loose in my body! I am 5’10”, 40” chest, 28” waist. So, I decided to exchange with size Small. I sent it by mail and adidas received it 9th June 2025. I was monitoring it on adidas app. Size S was available until adidas refused me to exchange; they said it was not available! I took the screenshot since 9th June until they refused. I called many times to customer service before and after the exchange process. But they are useless people, didn’t help me at all. And tried to blame the system issue! I bought jacket with matching 2 denim(black & blue) pants & 2 shorts. But now I don’t have jacket! It’s adidas fault. Because all denim pants and jacket are not the right measurements! I also exchange pants & shorts. This jacket still available in the adidas app. But system is not allowing me to add my bag! Probably, one purchase per customer. Because it’s only for level 4 members and one purchase only. I am beginning adidas to get one jacket S for me.
