I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers in this order 11 days ago. One arrived quickly and the other one appears lost. Unfortunately, Adidas customer service is just flat out unhelpful and my only option is to wait longer. On top of that, this one pair that I did receive has a defect in it. When it was stitched together something created a large indent in the toe box that it not fixable. Now I am waiting for them to receive it back so I can get my gift card balance back to purchase something else. Really not happy with Adidas right now. This was just a bad experience all around...
