I bought these shoes and within two weeks the rubber/toe-side material started coming off, which is unacceptable for a new product. I contacted customer care on 2 December 2025 and sent photos showing the defect. After that, they asked for more photos again, which I provided. Finally, on 26 December, they sent a return label, but the email stated that the items must be in original packaging and unworn condition to pass their quality inspection. This makes no sense — the issue only appeared after wearing the shoes normally, so of course they’re not “unworn.” After weeks of back-and-forth emails and unrealistic conditions, I honestly feel like it’s easier to throw them in the bin than deal with the process. Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I bought so many products from adidas but after that incident I stopped purchasing from here. Would not recommend both shoes and adidas.
